How do I place an order?

  • Browse our collections and add your favorite items to the cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and select a payment method.
  • Confirm your order, and you’ll receive an email with your order details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Certain products (e.g., sale items, innerwear) may not be eligible for return.

How do I request a return?

  1. Go to My Orders in your MiniModa account.
  2. Select the item you want to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup, or you can ship it back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • If paid via COD, we’ll issue store credit or transfer to your bank account.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns easily.
